Interactive determination of an appropriate investment strategy

In an interactive advisory process, ECOFIN determines together with the client the investment strategy that is optimally tailored to the client’s risk profile. Our advisory concept delivers the following results:

Establishment of individual risk profile and return targets

The client’s personal situation is carefully considered. Investment horizon, liquidity requirements, legal and tax aspects and individual circumstances are all taken into account. The earning targets are derived from this process.

Establishment and analysis of an efficient investment strategy

Using an optimization model, investment strategies are devised that achieve the targeted earning with minimal risk (efficient strategies) assuming various scenarios. The possible strategies are represented, explained and assessed with various key management figures (including risk/return figures and loss probabilities).

Recommendation on the choice of investment strategy

ECOFIN makes a recommendation on the investment strategy and appraises the existing strategy on request, if necessary with recommended changes in strategy.
