This year, further heavyweight clients have licensed FINFOX Pro, including – for the first time - a client with the Avaloq core banking system. Thus interfaces are available to most of the key core banking systems prevalent in Switzerland. The software’s functionality was enhanced by the addition of the modules Client Consolidation and Analysis (simulations, back testing, stress tests). A wide range of enhancements were also implemented in existing FINFOX Pro modules.

EPS’s product range is already being deployed by several major foundations. In order to provide an efficient client service, a platform is being implemented on the basis of ECOFIN’s data management products and of the FINFOX Pro and OPTIDAT products.

2009

FINFOX Pro won its first customers in Austria and also in Liechtenstein. The software’s functionality was expanded by the addition of the Advisory Variants, Restrictions, Trading System Connectivity and Compliance modules. A wide range of enhancements were also made to existing FINFOX Pro modules.

Launch of ECOFIN Portfolio Solutions AG (EPS): EPS offers medium-sized institutional and private investors the opportunity to satisfy their investment requirements in a highly cost-effective manner by using index-based investments. Investors can utilize EPS’s product range on an exclusive basis or as part of a core-satellite strategy.

2008

Right at the start of the year, several new customers chose FINFOX Pro. Shortly afterwards, the key interface to the widely used core banking system FINNOVA was completed.

In the course of the banking crisis, the portfolios of several major investors were examined with respect to “toxic” instruments.

2007

FINFOX Pro: Introduction of a web-client, further extension of functionality; interfaces to core banking systems FINNOVA and Legando; work on interface to APSYS (SunGard) in progress; interface to Avaloq planned.

Implementation/Creation of OPTIDAT: platform for automatic provision of data and analytics for portfolio optimization, investment advisory and exchange of data between platform users - is also available as service for financial market data as part of FINFOX Pro.
